Mary E. Ricard, nee Willis was born around 1903 in Georgia.
She died on 27 Jun 1942
from what i know about this case he was alot older than her and they were both serious drunks. when they were found there weere liquor bottles all over the place. in a blackout he beat her to death after they got in a drunken quarrel. he, apparently unaware of what had happened, then proceeded to keep drinking for another few days before the odor cause the cops to be called.
ReplyDeletethe jury apparently believed he was old, senile and a drunk and therefore didn't intend to kill her and he was exonerated. no idea what came of him after that.
doing research on this and i need more information
